which seeks to determine whether the
graduate or worker possesses the minimum
skills and knowledge they are expected
to perform in the workplace.
Who should take this?
Skilled workers and graduates of
technical vocational courses should
avail/undergo skills assessment to
determine if they already possessed
the minimum skills and knowledge
required in a workplace.
If the worker/student passed the
assessment, they are
issued TESDA
Certificate of Competency (COC) or
National Certificate (NC). The
certificate
outlines the knowledge and competency of
the individual in that particular
trade or job.
Interested workers or students can
undergo the assessment either in a
private
Assessment Centers to perform for the
assessment services following a TESDA
prescribed assessment fees. Or, they can
choose to avail the
FREE
ASSESSMENT SERVICES OF TESDA (FAST).
